Migration to Zoho Subscriptions for managing membership registrations and renewals

The Operations Team continues to work behind the scenes to ensure that SAATA operations run smoothly. One of the biggest challenges for the Operations team in recent past has been to manage membership registrations, renewals and handling member queries and complaints.

We are happy to inform that in the membership registration and renewal process, SAATA has taken a leap forward by migrating this process to Zoho Subscriptions. Zoho is a subscription billing software that supports customer subscription billing life cycle from end-to-end. Now, we have an automated system to manage membership registrations and renewal processes at SAATA.

Our current membership setup had limitations and members have faced issues such as renewal, status of their membership, the consistency of personal data etc. The migration to Zoho will give our current valuable members and prospective members a better user experience.

What should you expect from this change?

The most significant change is in the validity of the membership period. Currently, membership period is January to December irrespective of the date of payment. This changes now and your membership will be valid for a period of one year from the date of registration. This is advantageous for our members as it allows them to enjoy the membership benefits for a full year from the time of registration. This change is applicable for all membership registrations and renewals from January 1, 2023.

If you are an existing member, you will shortly get an email with a link from where you can create your Zoho-SAATA account with a password. Once you set this up, it will take you to client portal page. This page will always be accessible to you with your password and it will have the details of your subscriptions, payments made, renewal date, etc. It will also allow you to renew your subscription.

If you want to renew your subscription from the SAATA website, you can go to the Renewal page on the website. Here, you can login with your new Zoho account password and it will take you to your client portal page and their you can renew your subscription.

For new member registration, those interested can visit our registration page on the SAATA website. Once you sign up and pay your membership fee, you will get an email from us welcoming you to SAATA with a link to the Zoho client portal, which can then be used to access all your membership data on the portal page.

We are excited to take this step which will make the membership process simpler and better for everyone! We look forward to you having a better experience when renewing / registering memberships.
